Central Texas Coryell County Walnut Formation bivalve fossil ID

Recommended Posts

Went out to the Central Texas Coryell County and looked for some Early Cretaceous fossils.

I recognize most of these fossils like Exogyra Texana,  Gastropods,  and clams I found before,  but I can't seem to ID one long elongated bivalve that looks a  modern razor clams.

Never mind.  This looks like  Laternula Simodsi which was found in Glen Rose Formation, but I found in Walnut Formation.    These two periods both falls under similiar period (Albian 113.0 ± 1.0 Ma to 100.5 ± 0.9 Ma).
