The first picture was more suggestive, but the last picture in particular looks geological through out since the concavity looks like a simple fracture pattern.. Yeah the whole area is littered with coral and shells and thats what made me really wonder about this. Most of the rock in the area is usually tumbled round by the stream. From what I've seen posted in the thread below, dugong rib would have a much finer crystalline structure. Rather, I agree with @GeschWhat in that his could be a steinkern infill of a burrow of some kind...
