The root/most of the root and the middle of the bourlette is either from a completely different tooth, or more likely, just fake. You can see the sharp contrast between the side of the bourlette and the middle. I would be concerned about the area near the tip where the serrations are missing yet it still feels (sharp) and not weather worn or rounded. Was the tip added later ? .. or was it broken and repaired ? etc. Best just to pass on these until you can find one that does not raise any red flags.
