Couple unknown fossils or rocks

Just wanted to take a stab at this based on what I've learned on TFF, could the middle pictures be limonite?

Hello, and Welcome to the Forum. :)

 

Unfortunately, no clear fossils here, that I can see. 

 

1 - Sandstone, with possible plant imprints/compression fossils?

2 - quartz or quartzite,

3 - chert/ironstone, 

4 - more sandstone?

It seems likely to have started out that way. As Tim indicated, it looks silicified to some extent. One of those misbehaving rocks that has been altered I suspect.
