val horn
too me it appears that you are seeing part of the skull where the horn attached, an antler falls off each year so there is an odd ridge but not boney pieces. the hollow interior with septum also is typical of horn. Additionally on the outside I am seeing spaces where blood vessels fed the living bone. this is not a tooth, it has no enamel, and teeth or tusks do not have interior septum. the interior shape of a tusk or large tooth is generally a simple cone or a opening that follows the external shape in a multicusped tooth.
