Shark tooth with feeding damage

From the Calvert formation. Wondering if this is a hemiptistis or something else?

This looks pretty robust. I'm thinking mako over sand tiger. The last photo gives a hint of a possible cusplet, which would be more indicative of sand tiger, but hard to tell if that's actually a cusplet or just wear on the root.

Looks like mako given the bulbous size of the root.  Not sure you can say unequivocally say feeding damage.   I've seen some pretty damaged teeth from that area from the cliffs or surf

The cusplet is what made me go with Sand Tiger, but maybe it is not a cusplet.
