Its a long dirt road going north to south and ends at Hidden Valley Ranch, Luna County New Mexico. It is likely nothing but I found it worthy of asking. I just don't have a good answer. I guess the first couple photos look like they could show a foramen that acts as a vessel/nerve conduit through bone was probably it.
