Brachiopod or Coral ? (SOLVED: Isotelus cephalon fragment )

When  I found this small piece - I was sure it is a brachiopod...  But now after looking on many other things, I am sure it is not a brachiopod. I am thinking about the base of a coral.  Please help to identify it.

This should be Ordovician.

Here is the reason why I think this is a coral and not a brachiopod:

N.8- as you may see - there are 3 layers: sedimental , mud; internal - coral structure; shell

N.9 -  the 3 layers

N.10 - you may see here the 3 layers: Left - the sediments, see fooor;  Midle - the core, the inside of floor : shell or the root of this animal.   Right - the shell. Here we se the seed or the base of this animal. The root.

This could be "Rafinesquina" (as Jeffrey P advised for my previous question)

I was suspecting this to be the a brachiopod.  So this still could be the bracheopod - but the lower part of it - attached to the see floor.

I'm not sure. Do I spy a trilobite eye ?

I am inclined to agree with that possibility. I think I see terracing lines on the shell, and the "eye" may simple be sheared off the top. I would guess Isotelus cephalon fragment.
