Texas fossil identification help

Found this “fossil” close to Medina lake, it had a hairline crack all the way around it.

As I was cleaning it off I gently persuaded it to come apart. The in side is interesting and I’m curious if anyone can tell me what this is.

Almost looks like a little ammonite on the inside, kinda hard to tell for sure, though.

I think those are gastropods.  I don't see anybody finding small ammonites in the Lake Medina Glen Rose /  Edwards formation.

look like three gastropods stacked on the side. Look like beach from all the pebbles, et.
