Bone ID, deer phalange? Croc vertebrae? Unknown and antler

These came from creek with mix of QAL and QT,  first set I'm thinking the bigger one is deer phalange, not sure about the smaller one. Next one I'm going with croc vert, threw in the antler wondering how to tell if it's fossil,  does the burn test work with it as well?  I'm not very good with bones so might be wrong, appreciate the help!

It doesn't look like a modern antler fragment that would be found in the Maine woods. I'm not sure about Texas, but the shiny look seem more like a fossil to me.

Alright, where's all the bone experts when I need them? :)  Would really like to know if I have a crocodile vert or what it is.

I'll say the phalanges are either bovid or deer, the vert seems to be alligator and I agree with Rockwood that the last fossil looks like a deer antler/tine.

Here's @Harry Pristis's white-tailed deer toes as a reference

Appreciate the reply, I couldn't decide between the two either.  Alligator fossil? I'll have to look in to that.
