Identification of modern Odontaspis noronhai? Shark teeth

Hello,

I have another question about some recent shark teeth.

On the internet I recently saw a couple of shark teeth for sale and was a bit suprised. Could these teeth come from Odontaspis noronhai or just Odontaspis ferox?

I attached a comparison photo of the species.

I'm not sure. I edited the photos, so the quality is unfortunately not particularly good. They are both a little over 1cm tall and from Pacific Ocean.

Even if they aren't fossils, I hope someone can help me.

Many thanks for your help!
