Harry Pristis
Appears to be a large mammal proximal phalanx, but I am uncertain as to which large mammal. 1 http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest
pachy-pleuro-whatnot-odon
I was thinking may be something like an astragalus, seeing as the waisting at the top of the last photograph? I think there is too much axial symmetry to be any astragalus I can envision. The closest I can come to this bone is equus horse (compare to last image), but I don't think that's it. 1 http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest

But, yeah, as @JohnJ said, additional photographs, may be in some better light, would allow this ID to be confirmed or disproven, and would otherwise help in the bone's identification.
