I just registered to this site to see if someone can identify this rock/fossil i have found.

Yes, it looks like a flint nodule, with some calcereous worm tubes on the surface.  I am guessing it was found on a beach?

A piece of chalcedony with a crystal pocket and with calcareous tube worms on the exterior. It resembles Florida's agatized coral.

Yes, this was found on the beach of Belgium or france, i can't be sure where exactly.
