It looks like it could be part of a dolphin scapula, with the long piece being the acromion. Here are some comparison images from Cozzi (https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/veterinary-science-and-veterinary-medicine/first-metacarpal-bone). None of your fotos is the same orientation as the example pic, but yes.
