I don't think track can be ruled out, yet, but it will take some strong contextual evidence I'm afraid.

Yes, it might be something, or just a mark on the rock, or maybe mineralogical, but I doubt anyone can tell from these photos.

It's not a track. 

It doesn't appear to be on a bedding plane of any sort, and looks to be Limestone or metamorphic rock. 

This looks to me like normal weathering, from sheared off bits.

Yes, our first ideas should always be the most likely ones, i.e., something geological rather than a fossil.

Yeah. In a vague way it look almost like a 3 toed dinosaur but the rock isn't the kind for it.

In my opinion the rock appears to be metamorphic, maybe a mica schist or shale, which would rule out any creature having left a foot or paw print on that.
