It is from a sand quarry, where are deposits of a Middle Miocene and redeposits from Eocene. I think that the closest match to your specimen is Premontreia uricala, which was described by Malyshkina T.(2006) in their paper on scyliorhinid sharks. This is a puzzler, though, as this species is only supposed to be found in the West Siberian Basin. The other species do not show the same characteristics that yours does. Nice specimen! There are (as far as I know) only 5 other species, P. subulidens, P. degremonti, P. gilberti, P. dachiardi, and P. lutetiensis. They are mentioned in the following papers, respectively.
