This is about as much as the photo will bear enlarging:

So if it's a fossil, it's not terribly well preserved. Still, the cluster of similar structures suggests something colonial. Each structure maybe three or four millimeters across.

Looks like a syringoporoid coral from the Naco Formation. Not one of the several species of corals has been described in peer reviewed papers for the Naco Formation. I have collected at least 4 species of coral.
