Paleorunner
Hello. There are many indicators to be authentic, but being such a common piece to forge, I would like someone to confirm it for me. This is the description of the sale: ...size of 10.5 cm... a 13 x 9.5 cm concretion. ... it has restorations.

TeethCollector
The thing looks very cast to me. The texture of the fossil and the color of the matrix does not seem correct. I can provide a link to my post, which is a real Cambropallas... Edited June 21, 2021 by TeethCollector

Thank you very much for the reply. the following information can help? This is part of the information of the sale, which was deleted by copying and pasting : (conditions of the excavation cause it to have been re-cemented. so it has restorations, as is usual in these specimens. I picked it up from an old collection that I bought). Could I do a test on it, in case there is a possibility that it was something real? best regards. Ask the seller which part is restored or repaired, and how much of the part is restored... If the seller cannot answer it, I would avoid...
