Megalodon Tooth - Does this seem authentic

Hey all, I stumbled upon this at an attractive price (but not so attractive that it screams reproduction) 

 

My concerns are mostly how the enamel meets the root of the tooth. I know the lighting is poor but unfortunately these are the only two photos.

Hi. Photos could definitely be better/brighter. I’m also leery about the root.

To me it looks like just a water worn meg tooth, I don't see any obvious red flags.
