I found this fossilized tooth in in Sarasota Florida in the sand of a man made freshwater river, I'm pretty sure the sand itself is natural though, but I'm wondering what creature this might belong to20210711_203845.thumb.jpg.fa98b8c244a4d0896b6ef5eb54c125f0.jpg

The condition makes the call a bit tough, but I'll say Mosasaur might have the odds based on shape alone. If the sand is indeed natural the location tends to favor it being a crocodilian however.

Gator. I see on the tags it was found in Florida; which rules out Mosasaur.
