From Madagascar.
I don't know any other information.
According to the fossil merchant, it's the Cretaceous.
Length, width and height, 15, 12, 22.
What part is it?

Looks like a sauropod dorsal vertebra 

Rapetosaurus krausei is a Titanosaurid known from the Maevarano Formation but you have not provided a provenance
