This fish is from Luoping, Yunnan, China. It is about 28 cm long during the Triassic period. Please help me identify which family and genus it belongs to.

First, welcome to the Fossil Forum!

Unlike other web sites, the Forum endeavors to create a permanent repository of information that can later be searched by people looking for information about particular fossils, or locations.  This is why we as for tags, they are like key words that can be searched.  For example, anyone interested in the Luoping Biota could do a search and find this thread.  Going along with that, we ask that photos be posted directly to the Forum.  We have had too much experience with photos hosted on outside servers going missing after a while, sometimes quite quickly.  When that happens the thread becomes useless as a source of information as no-one can see the specimen being discussed.   We hope you understand.
