Comber Posted August 7, 2021 Share Posted August 7, 2021 First time poster. Found these on a Canadian Beach on the east coast and they all seem to be from the same plant. Thomas.Dodson Posted August 7, 2021 Share Posted August 7, 2021 I don't think these are petrified wood but instead some kind of bedded mineral along the lines of gypsum. In some environments it is pretty common to find this pattern.
