Found a fossil in the sea

Hello everyone, I found this yesterday and can’t identify what it is , does anyone have more information about this . I found it in the sea of albania .

I think it is a serpulid worm that was attached to the rock. Most of it has broken away leaving just the portion that was attached.

Thank you , I only found it by accident and didn’t know what it was or who to ask , and have no idea what to do with it
