Unidentified theropod claw from Hell Creek

Good morning guys! 

Received from a friend in US (I'm in Italy) a nice theropod claw from the Hell Creek, but the precise location is not known.

We both assumed this comes from an Anzu wyliei hand, but  we would like to know what you think about it.

I'm currently not at home, so i can't make more precise photos in 7-10 days, sorry

I don’t have much knowledge about that area or era. But that is a pretty cool fossil!

Its indeed a partial theropod claw like you indicate..  Might be difficult to get closer since its missing both the proximal and distal ends.   Will need to see the other side, end and dorsal view when you can get to it.   What size is it?  Thanks

Size is 4 cm circa, and as I said, i will not able to take more pics untill a week at least, and surely I'll do as you said! @Troodon
