Today in the creek I found a rock with 1 nice horn coral in it and another coral on the right that I am not sure what it is ? tombk Posted August 26, 2021 Share Posted August 26, 2021 I agree with that both look like horn corals (technically classified as corals of Order Rugosa). The one on the left has its outer wall partially eroded so you can see the inner septa (the thin walls that run longitudinally along the length of the coral). Nice find.
