Found buried in runoff of a dry creek. Appears to have been buried for quite some time. Showing calcification?

Thank you Lorne. That is not something I would’ve even thought to look at! I was literally upside down in trying to figure it out. Perspective is everything!

I’d definitely go with hoof stock, but including a proper metric scale in the photo would help with diagnostics.
