For your future photos, read my last link in my signature, and don't take your specimens in your hands to make the photos because it amplifies the blur. Print out my grid and put it on before you take your pictures.

Having said that, from what I see, it’s rock.

And this looks like a fish, but it's actually a baryte concretion.

A visual similarity is not enough for recognizing fossils. One needs to learn about stratigraphy and formations where fossils can actually be found (practically exclusively in sedimentary stones) and the types of substances to be expected from a fossil, which can be quite varied depending on the circumstances of the sedimentation.
