Dinosaur vertebral bone?

This bone is from Yunnan of China.  Is it a vertebral bone of dinosaur or a marine reptile?

concave and convex ends... crocodile or mosasaur, but the convex end is too big for mosasaur.  I say croc.

Along with your osteoderm from Yunnan, I would say it's a primitive crocodile.
