Hi y'all, recently acquired this beautiful multituberculate. Total tooth height is 3 mm. Mesodma sp. P4? @jpc

its spp quite a few species described

Looks like a pretty good match to my eyes in Clemens, though I can't determine species:

 

"Cusp formula 1 to 4:5 to 7:0 or 1. There are from five to seven cusps (mode = 6) in the medial row; the first is small and low. The following, well-separated cusps are not much higher - measured from the apex of the cusp to the base of the intercusp notch - but the central area of the crown increases in height..."

looks like I dropped the ball on this one.  Glad you were able to find it.  I agree... Mesodma... but it would also be useful to compare the stated size range to yours.

I didn't see a table for M. formosa that included P4, only for M. thompsoni:
