Scute(?) from Green Mill Run, any clue what it came from?

Hopefully these photos are clear enough. If it can’t be identified further than “scute” thats fine, but I’m curious.

I don't think this is a scute.

Looks more like an ironstone concretion - maybe siderite.

I'm leaning towards rock as well.  Can you post pictures of the sides?  One of the best ways to tell if it's an osteoderm is if it has porous structures around the edges.
