A Fossil A Day....keeps the blues away!  Or something like that... :ighappy: I started an Instragram account (jamielynnfossilquest) and am posting a fossil a day, so I figured I should do that on here, to REAL fossil enthusiasts!  I'm a few days behind, so I will start out with a few more than one a day but then it will settle down to One Fossil (but I will admit, I'll probably miss a few days, but I'll double up or whatever.)  I'll start with Texas Pennsylvanian era, but will branch out to other locations and time periods, so expect a little of everything!  So enjoy A Fossil A Day!

No worries!  I’m sure there are tons of posts with tittles that closely match.

Your title just jogged my memory as Dave’s was a nice reprieve for me during the pandemic lockdown times.

I’m sure your thread will be equally enjoyable! :D

Very enjoyable thread so far! :D

Great specimens and photography. I’m with Adam on this one. That Cancrinella boonensis is yummy! I’m also a fan of the previously posted gastropod Glabrocingulum grayvillense, and the echinoids, and the coral, and… Who am I kidding? I like them all! :b_love1:

If you ever come to Texas, you will have to come to this one spot- Lake Jacksboro.....amazingly well preserved fauna. And so many different kinds!!! You'll flip over all the brachiopods! :D

It's the only one I've found so far! A friend found one as big as her thumb at another location....but they are definitely not a "usual" find.
