Heavy Duty Stackable Bins

Today a friend from work brought me 20 large, heavy duty 17” long, stackable bins with dividers. He picked them up a a resale store for $1.00 each, this was such a great deal. These bins will come in handy as I am redoing the storage of various fossils that are in totes.

Here is a picture of 10 of the totes.

It's good, but if you want to see the fossils at the bottom, you have to move everything

Believe me, I don’t need to see them. I had these pieces in totes, so I have not looked at them in years. This gives me more room to store other containers of fossils that I will probably not see for years too. That is the good and bad thing of having so many fossils.

This is working out okay for this little corner- don’t mind the pinkish walls, this was a family room that I turned into my fossil room a l number of years ago and I was not in the mood to paint the walls. Now the project continues.

Was gonna ask if you've set them up so a bar code reader will tell you whats in each one :b_idea:

Good idea, but no, those labels came on the bins.
