Unidentified fossil from Yunnan, China

This piece of incomplete fossil is from Yunnan, China.  Same locality with Keichousarus, Triassic Formation.  Any idea what is that? It looks like there are broken bones.

A decayed Sinocyamodus? But seems very small to me.

The "bumpy" part does look like Sinocyamodus but yes it appears a bit too small.  The lower part looks like some bones to me, like part of the vertebral column and some limbs.
