Matt-In-Deutschland
Hi All and happy new year, I'm very much a noob with a budding interest so please be gentle lol. I found these on a walk a little while ago very close to where I live in Lower Saxony, Germany. They were half sticking out of the side of a hill that has had a path cut into it. I wonder if you can tell me if they are fossils and if so what they might be. Best Wishes Matt
FranzBernhard
Welcome to TFF from Austria! Difficult to say! I don´t think these are plant fossils, but I am also unable to even make a guess what these are... Franz Bernhard
Fossildude19
To me, these look like ichnofossils - some sort of burrow trace fossil.
