Little chance of determining the species (or even the bone element) with something this worn. Fossil? Indeed! ID? Not so much. Of course, I'm no expert on dugong, just relaying what I've seen on this forum. Mark. Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
