Could this be a theropod Ilium bone? or a crocodyliform?

Hi,

I'm interested in this fossil that is listed as a Theropod Ilium bone from the Kem Kem (21cm in length). I wanted to ask if there are enough diagnostic features to identify it as belonging to a theropod or does it resemble something from a crocodyliform instead? Thanks!
