Hi all! I've been really busy creating all these watercolour illustrations based on fossils from the Jurassic Coast. Here we have an Ichthyosaur, a Plesiosaur, an Ammonite, a Scelidosaurus and a Belemnite. There will be a few more to come soon...

Looks great! Ammonites didn't probably have nautilus-like cape and had eyes similar to coleoids. They didn't look like nautilus

Thanks! Call it artistic licence. I see paleoart as a sliding scale between art and science. My work leans more towards the artistic side of things.

I particularly like the counter-shading on the marine reptiles. Fantastic paintings.
