jws51203 Posted March 11, 2022 Share Posted March 11, 2022 I was given a fossil vertebrae today and wasn’t given too much info on the origins. All I know is that it was collected in 1919, it’s not fully cleaned, and it’s from western US. It’s around 2 1/2x4x3 1/2 inches but the shape of the front being so weird makes me think that this isn’t the full vertebrae ( either from poor excavation or something having to do with the perseveration of the bone).
