ydok
Hi, Was wondering if I could get help getting an ID for these. All found in Wabash County, Indiana. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! 1. horn coral? 2. 3. 4. I'm not sure if this is a fossil or not. It sort of looks like a shell embedded in the rock. fossilhunter21
Welcome to TFF! Nice finds! #1 appears to be horn coral, #2 and #3 are corals (not sure what species of corals), and #4 appears to be either a bivalve or a brachiopod.
fifbrindacier
I agree, 1 to 3 are corals, the first is a solitary coral and the third is a scleractinian one. I also agree for the fourth : bivalve or brachiopod. 1 1 "On ne voit bien que par le coeur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux."
