Could this be a Sauropod partial scapula bone?

Wondering if this is a Sauropod partial scapula from the Kem Kem. It is 28cm long and by the looks of it, I do believe it is from a scapula but not sure if it is indeed from a Sauropod or a crocodyliform. Thanks.

Thanks, It is a big flat bone that makes me think it is too large to be from a croc or theropod, so through process of elimination, I'm thinking it has to be from a sauropod (possibly Rebbachisaurus). I don't see many sauropod bones from the Kem Kem for sale, so I might try to buy this.
