Fossil identification please

Could be something like Tirasiana, Aspidella... Rangeomorph holdfast..

But from Pennsylvania??? There is the (assumed) post-Ediacaran vendobiont "Rutgersella" from the early Silurian Shawangunk Formation of New Jersey, but these "Rutgersella” specimens were subsequently re-interpreted as post-depositional pyrite rosettes between beds.
