What kind of horn coral is this?

If it even is a horn coral? Not sure if it’s possible to tell from this. Found on Lake Erie in Erie Pa. Thank you.

It is quite worn. Not sure you can tell from this.  :unsure:

I think the flatness of what little shell remains is the key. I would expect at least a certain portion of it to have more pronounced ridges if it were coral.
