Possible NJ Plesiosaur vert - Rostral/Caudal view

Found in NJ Cretaceous stream. Looking at some sites, it looks like a piece a plesiosaur vertebrae, but maybe it's just a rock. Any ideas?

I think it is a fossil, I think it is bone,  and I think it is a vertebrae, but  not sure whose.  I would also consider fish and shark for something so flat without obvious (even if broken off) processes.  Lets see what the experts believe

It looks geologic, but at the same time it looks like a fossil... ;) But to me it looks more like it would be geologic. But again let us wait for the experts.

This caudal image of a plesiosaur vert from a NJ fossil site made me think plesiosaur vert .
