Dinosaur tooth from Morrison Fomation: Can anyone tell me the ID?

Identification of isolated teeth from Jurassic exposures is very difficult since most have similar characteristics.  One cannot do it by just looking at a photo of one side and no other information.  I can try to identify it but will need ALL the measurements, information and photos requested in the attached sheet.  If the tooth is not in your possession you can purchase it and provide it at a later date and we can try at the time.  Currently its an indeterminate theropod tooth.

Can you do a serration count on the inside edge like I show on the illustration in my first post.  It's going to be difficult without the serrations on outer edge.  It's definitely not a Ceratosaur.

You are not looking at my illustration.  Take the measurement at the midline of the tooth only 5mm wide
