I found these shells in Peace River, FL...  The first one looks like a oyster but the shell has changed..... The second one looks like a fossilized shell.....  Any idea what they are???

Yes.  Probably Upper Oligocene-Lower Miocene Tampa Member of the Arcadia Formation.

Yes they do.  Typically mollusks in the Tampa Member are preserved as either internal molds or silica pseudomorphs.
