No, I do not believe it is anything organic.  Looks like a piece of microcrystalline quartz (i.e. chert or something similar) to me.  What do you see that makes you think it might be soft tissue?

Unfortunately, what you have here appears to be an ordinary rock except in the second to last picture where it appears something small, furry, and also adorable is sniffing the rock.

Not soft tissue. Soft tissue preservation is quite rare, in terms of fossilization.

This is likely a piece of chert or chalcedony.
