Peace River ID Help

[PODIGGER]

Picked up the below bone a few weeks ago on a Peace River, FL hunt.  My first impression was that it was a partial vertebrae.  Second thought was a patella? After much searching I couldn't come up with a match that I believed was close enough to provide an ID.  What I find most interesting is the protruding bump on one side and the corresponding indentation on the other.  Maybe a tail bone?

 

The specimen measurements:

Inches = 3.75" long x 1.5" wide x 1.25" tall

MM = 87mm long x 42mm wide x 38mm tall

It looks somewhat like a cetacean axis vertebra with the top broken off. Try looking up some images and see what you think.
