Hyena(Adcrocuta)skull from china

Need some help with identifying this skull from Hezheng, China.

The seller said it is a young adcrocuta skull, but I think it might be an ictitheriinae.

The length of the skull is about 20 cm.

The skull morphology appears to be more closer to the Ictitherinae but could also be caused by skull deformation. Compare the teeth morphology. Adcrocuta started to be adapted to bone crushing so the teeth are more massive than in ictitherium

The premolars of you specimen are more similar to and Ictitherinae in my opinion

In my eyes the teeth look disproportionally large , that could fit a juvenile.

Roughly cleaned up the other side.

 

I think the jaw shape on this side is more correct than the other side because the lower jaw teeth are not squashed.

That's true, also the frontal bones looks quite vertical

On the other side nasal cavities look quite small to be adcrocuta
