Fossil ID

Found this fossil in a creek, wanted to know if it's a snake or worm or something. It's in a sandstone rock, just laying on a bunch of rocks on the creek bed

From the photos provided, this looks like an ichnofossil.

Possibly something like Taenidium serpentium.  #5

Better, well lit photos taken from directly above the item may show more detail.

It could be an imprint of a crinoid stem, but better pictures will help to determine this.
